Lishe ya Mtoto – Miezi 12-18

Kuanzia miezi 12 watoto wengi huwa wameanza kutembea na hivyo kuongeza michezo. Kutokana na kucheza zaidi watoto wanahitaji kula vizuri ili kuendeleza uzito na afya zao. Pia watoto wanakuwa wameota meno angalau nane hivyo wanaweza kutafuta chakula kilichopondwapondwa. Katika umri huu mtoto anaweza kula chakula chochote ambacho hana allergy nacho.

Ni vyema ukaandaa ratiba ya kumlisha mtoto wako na menu ya nini cha kumpa kila siku. Ratiba iwe mahali ambapo kila mtu anaweza kuiona kwa urahisi ili wote wanaohusika na malezi ya mtoto wajue nini mtoto anatakiwa kula na wakati gani. Kila siku hakikisha mtoto anapata vyakula kutoka kwenye makundi makuu ya vyakula; wanga, vitamini, protini na mafuta.

Vyakula kulingana na makundi haya ni kama ifuatavyo:

Wanga

  • Nafaka
  • Viazi
  • Ndizi za kupika

Protini

  • Nyama (Ng’ombe, Kuku, Mbuzi n.k)
  • Samaki
  • Mayai
  • Maziwa
  • Maharage na jamii yake

Vitamini

  • Mboga za majani
  • Matunda

Mafuta

  • Karanga
  • Ufuta
  • Siagi

Vyakula hivi vinaandaliwa kwa namna mbalimbali…
